Service terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover The Clarion's fixed-scope services: the Setup Session, the Working Setup, the Advisory hour, the Automation Audit, and the four system installs (the Profit Dashboard, the Invoice Filing System, the Inbox System and the Content System) with their care plans. Bespoke builds get their own written agreement before any work starts.
The engagement
Each service is a fixed-scope piece of work provided by The Clarion, a sole-trader business in Ireland; the full business identity appears on the engagement confirmation and invoice for every engagement. The scope of each service is as published on the homepage at the time of booking.
What you receive
- Setup Session (€250). A 60-minute screen-shared working session: Claude installed and connected, your first context file built, and a cadence plan for the rest.
- Working Setup (€850). The full setup deliverables as published, delivered as a scoping call, a screen-share working session, then the setup finished offline and handed over: installation and connectors, the context architecture, two or three working workflows, an operating cadence document, a recorded handover and 30 days of asynchronous questions.
- Advisory hour (€200 per hour). A screen-shared hour on anything Claude Code or Cowork: your setup, a workflow, a question you bring.
- Automation Audit (€500). A short intake form and a 45-minute call, then the audit itself: a map of your manual workflows and a priced roadmap with the automations worth building, a fixed price for each, and the ones to skip, delivered within one week of receiving your inputs.
- System installs (Profit Dashboard €400, Invoice Filing System €600, Inbox System €1,900, Content System €1,900). A named, fixed-scope system installed into accounts you own, to the scope published on its homepage card at the time of booking, with an install call and a handover.
Price and payment
Prices are fixed and, apart from the two deposit-booked systems set out below, payable in full before work begins; payment confirms the booking. The Setup Session is booked and paid by card in one step on the booking page; rescheduling is free through the link in your booking confirmation, and a session cancelled more than 24 hours before the slot is refunded in full. Other services are paid by payment link or invoice. If your business needs an invoice first, ask and we invoice, with payment due before the session or audit starts. The Clarion is not VAT registered: prices carry no VAT and invoices are issued without VAT.
System installs: booking, deposits and install windows
Every system install starts with a short, free call that confirms fit and scope. After the call, the Profit Dashboard and the Invoice Filing System are paid in full by payment link, which books the install slot. The Inbox System and the Content System are booked with a €500 deposit by payment link; the deposit is refundable in full until install start, and the balance is invoiced on delivery. Install slots are limited and published on the homepage; your install start date is agreed with you after booking. Installs run inside accounts you own, with The Clarion working as an invited user.
The install guarantee
If a system is not live in your store within 30 days of install start, everything you have paid for that install, deposit included, is returned in full and nothing further is owed. Install start is the date agreed when your install is scheduled, and live means the system running in your own accounts on your real data.
The care plan
Each system carries a care plan at €200 per month per system: monitoring, error fixes and small tweaks, capped at ninety minutes of delivery time in any month. It is attached by default at booking and can be declined. It runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time, ending at the end of the paid month. Work beyond the cap, or new work of any kind, is quoted separately at a fixed price or booked as Advisory hours. Vendor costs, such as your n8n subscription, your Claude plan and API usage, are always billed by each vendor to you directly; nothing passes through The Clarion.
Your accounts and your data
Sessions and setups happen by screen-share inside accounts you own. We do not take your passwords, and credentials you create during a session stay with you. Material you share for an audit (process descriptions, sample documents, exports) is used only to produce your roadmap, is shown to no other party, and is deleted on request once the engagement has concluded. Our privacy policy applies.
What these services are not
Roadmaps, findings and recommendations are operational assessments, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Time estimates describe what we observed in your material and are not a guarantee of future performance, though every build price we quote is fixed.
Intellectual property
The deliverables are yours: the context files we build with you, the cadence document, the roadmap. The Clarion's templates, prompts and workflow designs remain The Clarion's. Anything deployed for you runs in accounts you own, and a departing client keeps every workflow, context file and credential; bespoke builds restate these terms in their own agreement.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with a service is capped at the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
